MotorNet System (MNS)® FLXIO - FLXIO – Automation solution for cost-sensitive applications
It is a compact and cost-effective solution where the ethernet bus is replaced with a synchronous RS-485 and where the controller and the HMI are combined on one industrial PC. It features up to 3 FLXIO buses, each one with its cycle time, allowing to separate high-speed from low-speed devices. The system is able to control up to 8 axes in electronic cam and up to 50 I/O in 3ms' cycle time. If needed, it is possible to reach 1ms' cycle time with fewer devices. Open and flexible, it can run both Smitec software packages and commercial solutions.
